Any message you submit to a trial center will be reviewed by a Trial Wizard staff member for inappropriate communication and spam.

The company, organization, trial center, hospital, or individual you contact will only receive the information that you provide in the form.

This information may include name, address, phone number, email address, and confidential message.

To withhold information, simply leave that field blank.

Email alerts and newsletters

At various places on the site, you will be given the option to set email alerts and sign up for newsletters.

You can unsubscribe from newsletters and emails by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter or email.

If you receive emails that you do not wish to receive, please follow the "unsubscribe" instructions in the email.

Send to a friend

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site or particular content, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address.

We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.

Trial Wizard stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
